竟然不知道在离USM不远的地方

有一间Zul's Burger卖着堪称槟城最大的汉堡！

这里的大汉堡直径11",重达3kg~

听着都觉得吓人吧~

再一次感谢Jack的邀请，

让有机会尝试到这个大汉堡~

这次又刷新了我的新纪录：人生中吃过最大的汉堡

之前是吃过最长的Sausage~哈哈

肉干面包 Bak Kua Bun

犹记得第一次吃到这种肉干面包
是在我还在实习的时候
那时的我就非常记得这个面包
看起来平凡的它，吃起来却是简单的幸福...

经朋友的介绍下得知
原来菩提中学B门正对面的路口
有一档卖这种肉干面包的档口
当下毫无犹豫地就提起了我的D仔
就往菩提小学前去...

The very first time I tried this Bak Kua bun was during my internship. I still remember this simple yet delicious bun and always think of trying it again. There are lots of roadside stall selling this kind of bak kua bun but finding a delicious one is quite difficult. My friend introduced this roadside stall to me and without a second thought, I lift up my Dslr and heading towards SMJK(c) Phor Thay!

薄饼贡糖Kacang Tumbuk

只能说槟城街边小吃真的很多
随便走在乔治市的小街道上
就发现了这么一个特别的小吃-薄饼贡糖
薄饼贡糖对我来说真的很特别
我只吃过贡糖是贡糖、薄饼是薄饼...
从来就没想过这两样食物可以结合在一起
然后吃起来可以是那么的好吃！！

贡糖是福建花生糖的通称
相信贡糖都是大家小时候的回忆吧~
我在长大后好像没什么机会吃到贡糖...
记得最近一次吃就是
在The Alley点Cappuccino的时候吃到的...

遇到了薄饼贡糖后
让我觉得食物这个世界真的很大
也很考学问和勇气
学问是对食物的了解...
而勇气是对食物做出创新...

老伴港式冷豆花Lao Ban Soya Beancurd

从小爱吃豆花的我
记忆中的传统豆花就是豆花加白糖水
来到槟城后可是第一次吃加了黑糖的豆花
不一样的甜味，但都维持了豆香味~

前些日子，在网上闲晃的同时看到了
有别于传统豆花的老伴港式冷豆花，
特吸引人的...
那么巧地老板也邀请我到前一试...
我，毫不犹豫地答应了~
新颖的食物对我来说再吸引不过了~

To me, as a Sarawakian, the traditional soy beancurd will be the combination of soy beancurd with white sugar... My soy beancurd journey extended when I first visited Penang as the local traditional soy beancurd is accompanied with brown sugar which sounds quite special to me... No doubt, I do like Penang's style soy beancurd even the sweetness is different but the aroma of soy is still very outstanding... Few days ago, I was attracted by a brochure which stated they are providing 5 special flavors of soy beancurd... and I feel so lucky that the owner invited me to give it a try~ How grateful am I~

这个van仔档我想介绍很久了...

终于有这个时间来分享了～

It has been a long while that I would like to introduce this stall
and finally I am free to blog and share this...

一个卖各式糖水和经济小吃的档口
它是坐落在Jalan Helang (Opposite Tesco Extra Sungai Dua),
Desa Permai Indah (Hamna) 外面的一排店屋
跟我上一次介绍的nasi lemak van仔档是同一条街～

我只能用“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”来形容这个档口...
简简单单的设备，卖的食物却超多样化...
特别适合吃下午茶的地方
谁说下午茶一定要到高级的咖啡馆喝的啊？！
这样路边摊的下午茶也很有一番风味哦～

next to Desa Pemai Indah (Hamna)'s shoplot...
It's just a stone throw away from the Nasi Lemak I shared a few weeks ago...

食物

先来看看Menu吧～
经济面、米粉、河粉、菜糕、芋头糕、糯米饭、
红豆汤、莫莫查查、花生汤、黑糯米、绿豆、番薯汤、等等
价钱很合理哦，典型的经济餐...

Take a look at the Menu first...
Char bi Hun, Hor Fun, Cai Kui, Spring Roll, Nasi Pulut,
Red bean, Bubur caca, kacang soup, pulut Hitam, Bubur kacang, gandum, etc...
The price is very reasonable and economical...

个人认为这里最出名的应该是她们的豆水和爱玉冰...

第一次喝这里的爱玉冰，我就爱上了！

可能是我比较喜欢重口味的吧～

所以个人觉得这里的爱玉冰比姓周桥附近出名的爱玉冰更好喝...

要知道特别是在炎热的下午

来上一碗柠檬味比较重的爱玉冰

不止可以刺激味蕾

还可以解渴呢～

所以我可说是这里的常客啦～

Personally think that the most famous food here will be Soya Bean and Aiyu Jelly...

I had already fell for it for the very first time I drank this Aiyu Jelly, 

For me, this Aiyu Jelly is much more better than the famous Aiyu Jelly near Chew Jetty...

这会是最棒的dessert~

没有说到特别好吃
就普普通通的炒河粉
经济河粉啦～

It is just a normal plate of char hor fun
I will not say it is super delicious
Just Normal~

特色

1.开档的时间是跟着卖彩票的时间...就是说Toto、万字、大马彩有开卖，这个van仔档也开卖...

哈哈...好特别...所以她们只有星期三、六和日有开档，如果星期二有特别彩，她们也有开哦～

This stall will only be opened if the lottery shop is opened... so normally it will open on wednesday, saturday & sunday only... However, if there is special lottery day on Tuesday, this stall will open for extra one day on Tuesday... So special~ haha...

2.这家档口的后面就是Hamna的垃圾场...虽然不是很卫生，但是并没有抵挡客人们的光顾哦～

从开档到收档都是人潮不断的...生意很好～

The stall is located right behind Hamna's rubbish collection place... Although it sounds like a bit unhygienic, the location does not stop customers from visit this stall... There are lots of loyal customers and I am one of them...

食物Food: 7/10

价钱Price:8/10

环境Ambiance: 6/10

服务Service: 8/10

而路边摊，没有华丽的外表，

没有舒适的环境，

但有的是风土人情味...

而食物就是他们的重点...

同属于路边摊的van仔摊，

现在也是满街都看得到哦~

Nowadays, mushrooming cafes emphasize more on their ideas, environment and creativity. Food quality comes to the very last of their concern. Compare to cafes, roadside stands are emphasizing more on their food quality.

今天特别想介绍的是...

位于Jalan Helang(Opposite Tesco Extra Sungai Dua) 的Nasi Lemak...

才开了将近半年的Van仔摊，

现在可是客似云来噢~

Today, I wish to introduce Nasi Lemak which is sold by Pak Cik Man along the roadside (Jalan Helang-Opposite Tesco Extra Sungai Dua ). Pak Cik Man has started operate his roadside stand half a year ago and his delicious Nasi Lemak rewards him with many loyal customers.

食物 (Food)

Pak Cik Man的Nasi Lemak很多元化哦~

Set Biasa：椰酱饭+江鱼仔+花生+青瓜+整粒的鸡蛋+sambal [RM2.50]

Set Sausage:  椰酱饭+江鱼仔+花生+青瓜+整粒的鸡蛋+sambal+sausage [RM3.00]

Set Ikan:  椰酱饭+江鱼仔+花生+青瓜+整粒的鸡蛋+sambal+鱼

               [RM3.60-RM4.00]价钱根据鱼的大小而定...
Set Kerang: 椰酱饭+江鱼仔+花生+青瓜+整粒的鸡蛋+sambal+鱼+ "Hum" [RM4.00]

Set Special: 椰酱饭+江鱼仔(ikan bilis)+花生+青瓜+整粒的鸡蛋+sambal+炸鸡 [RM5.00]

Pak Cik Man customize his menu to fulfill different customers' needs.
Normal set: Nasi Lemak + ikan bilis + peanut + cucumber + boiled egg [RM2.50]
Sausage set: Nasi Lemak + ikan bilis + peanut + cucumber + boiled egg + sausage [RM3.00]
Fish set: Nasi Lemak + ikan bilis + peanut + cucumber + boiled egg + fish
             [RM3.60-RM4.00, price depending on the size of the fish]
Cockle set: Nasi Lemak + ikan bilis + peanut + cucumber + boiled egg+cockle [RM4.00]
Special: Nasi Lemak + ikan bilis + peanut + cucumber + boiled egg + fried chicken [RM5.00]

酱如其名，是属偏辣
辣辣的酱配上椰香漫溢的椰浆饭
真的很好吃
炸鸡是任选的哦~
所以大小不一致
个人是觉得鸡腿特别小
不过炸鸡的味道也很香
重点是，现炸！

                 Pak Cik Man's sambal paste is quite spicy

the spicy sambal mixed with coconut-scented rice
It's really perfect match!
