老实说真的感动到我
一家坐落在槟城路(Penang Road)旁的寿司店
不仅要跟名牌寿司店比拼
还要跟广大的食客们交待
曾经声名狼藉的Sakana Sushi
如今加入新血后真的感觉焕然一新
我,带着不妨一试的心情来试吃他们新厨师的菜色
"Please give us one more chance to serve you"
I wonder it takes how much courageousness for the owner to come out with this sentence..
Honestly, it touches my heart and here i am to give it a try...
Sakana Sushi is located at the junction which connected Penang Road and Campell Street...
Sakana used to have bad reputation on their food quality
However, they make a huge rearrangement by changing their master chef and increase the quality of the food...

这盘烧烤寿司超级合我的口味
个人认为一个好吃的寿司绝对是要归功于米饭
这里米饭的软硬度和日本醋的分量都很适中
再搭配上新鲜的虾、鳗鱼、三文鱼
好吃!
This roasted sushi satisfied my taste buds perfectly
Personally think that rice plays the most important role
in making a superb sushi
The sushi rice here are cooked nicely,
neither too sticky nor below-cooked..
along with the fresh prawn, unagi, salmon...

好久没有吃刺身了
本身不怎么吃刺身
但感觉这里的刺身很新鲜
点上少许的日式酱油和山葵泥
还蛮棒的~
It has been quite some time that I din't take Sashimi
To me, the sashimi here is quite fresh and delicious~

第一口进嘴巴还真讲不出到底里面的主料是什么
个人觉得鳗鱼跟整个寿司的比例有点不对称
导致鳗鱼被沦为不起眼的配角
这是可惜的地方
Can't really figure out the main ingredient
of this sushi before looking at the menu~
Herm~ The Unagi is a bit too thin compare to the sushi

还真是第一次吃到搭配那么特别的salad
把软壳蟹和三文鱼鱼皮炸成脆脆的
然后搭上浓郁的芝麻salad酱
芝麻salad酱甜度适中
淡淡的芝麻香
口感很饱足但是又不腻
WOw~ First time try for Watana Gani Salad~
The main ingredients are fried softshell crab,
fried salmon fish skin with sesame salad sauce~
The fragrance of sesame,
the sweetness of the sauce is perfect,
Definitely won't feel tired to have it all~ |

色泽真的很吸引人
但是还是觉得鸭肉煮得过熟而变得有点硬
收汁的部分也不是做得很好
另外teriyaki的酱好像有点太过咸了
单点绝对会咸到吃不下
建议还是叫set的会比较稳妥
The color and lustre of this dish is really attractive
but the duck is a bit over-cooked
The teriyaki sauce somehow is a bit lose control
Frankly, the sauce is too salty...
Suggest to get set order for this dish |

猪肉片包着金针菇烤制而成的一道美味佳肴
金针菇除了有帮忙收汁的功能以外
也为这道猪肉卷增添了口感上的层次感
猪肉卷的大小也很适中
适合一口进嘴巴咬
咬下去的那一刻
金针菇的使命就完成了~哈哈 |

个人不是很欣赏这碗三文鱼的处理
酱料选用的主材料是偏中国风的姜
三文鱼煮得过老
导致三文鱼失去应有的湿度而变得干硬
还是认为应该用一些比较不那么强味的佐料
来辅佐三文鱼最能凸显出三文鱼本身的鲜甜味
Herm~ I don't really appreciate the way this salmon is served
Salmon cooked with ginger make this dish
a bit more to Chinese cuisine
Besides, the taste of the ginger override the salmon itself |

很合我口味的三文鱼炒饭
色香味俱全
唯一要挑的是三文鱼切得太小了
不过整体的味道很好吃哦~
The color, texture, smell and taste of this fried rice satisfied me
Just a small complaint here,
I can hardly find the salmon

Sakana sushi prepares free parking for the customers~
2. 凡消费RM80以上的顾客都可以得到一只免费的Doraemon(只限在五月和六月)... 现在没有了~走宝~
For those who purchase above RM80 will get a free Doraemon~ (In May & June) Ooopss... The deal is passed~ >.<
