相信爱吃的大家对日落洞(Jelutong)著名的
RM1面包应该是耳熟能详了吧~
但是今天想要跟大家分享的不是RM1的面包
而是同样位于日落洞早市的Happy Valley Kopitiam
When we mention about Jelutong Morning Market, I am sure that RM1 Bread will comes to those food lovers' mind. Instead of RM1 Bread, I wish to share Happy Valley Kopitiam which is also located in Jelutong Morning Market.

这间Happy Valley Kopitiam跟RM1面包的距离
相信是只有五六间家的距离（没有真正算~嘻~）
大家来到日落洞早市一定也要来这里看看哦~
我个人就非常喜欢他们的面包，
都是现做现烘的，热烘烘的面包最好吃了！
Happy Valley is located near to RM1 bakery, which is approximately 5-6 houses distance. I din't count on it but I am pretty sure that it is not a difficult task in finding Happy Valley as the banner is big enough to be recognized. If you are going to visit Jelutong morning market, do pay a visit to here for their fresh baking products~

每到一家没去过的店，
我总爱问哪一些是最销的~
而这里最畅销的是... ...
棉花蛋糕和印尼式瑞士花卷蛋糕
他们也有提供多种口味任顾客选择
棉花蛋糕就有三种口味可以选：
麦片、咖啡、香草...
"Which one is the best selling?"... This is the most famous question that I will ask for my very first visit to a new shop... Cotton cake and Indian Swiss Roll are the answer for Happy Valley Kopitiam... They provide variety flavor of baking products for customers to choose... Wheat, coffee and Pandan are offered for cotton cake...

热烘烘的棉花蛋糕
有点类似海绵蛋糕
但口感比较软绵绵
外皮香脆
入口即化
每咬一口都能吃到小小的麦粒
充满麦香又软绵绵的蛋糕
怎么能错过呢~
Cotton Cake's texture is a bit like sponge cake
but the cake is softer and it melts inside the mouth
you can taste the cereal with every single bite~

因为实在太好吃了~
好吃到我连午餐都不吃了
直接把它全部吃完~嘻~
I just can't control myself
It's too delicious
until i give up my lunch

这个星期我还要再去光顾他们~
试看看他们的印尼式瑞士花卷蛋糕
I shall return again to try their Indian Swiss roll~
