就摆放在店的前面的Banner
我也是靠这个banner找到葉面的店

概念

葉面，这个名字的由来就是字面上的意思 

叶家做的面条，简称为叶面

坐落在Lebuh Chulia的叶面其实不难找

只要认着上面的banner你就很容易找到它...

一年前与朋友们到这里来寻找美食

一年后的今天我们还是会回到这里享受叶面

叶面就是有吸引人的魅力

最让我满意的是食物的质量

没有因为时间的流逝或名气的影响而下滑...

The origin of the name "Yeap Noodles" can be understood literally
which means noodles made from the "Yeap"
It is located at Lebuh Chulia
It wont be a hard task to find the shop
by recognizing the banner shown as above..
For me, I am most satisfied with the quality of the food...

食物 Food

个人对葉面的看法是

面条有别于一般面条
葉面缺少了弹性，但增添了多一份的滑顺...

无需多咬嚼面条自动的顺着食道滑下...
对于懒惰的我，
绝对喜欢这样的葉面...

葉面 总共有九种独家自创的口味

那就是原味、薄荷、黑胡椒、辣椒、麦片、

萝卜、苋菜、黄姜、和酱油味...

而每一种面都有独特的煮法...

顾客是不被允许随意搭配面条的种类和煮法...

因为老板娘已经搭配好由哪种煮法才能带出不同叶面的特色...

这也是叶面创始人对自创葉面的一种尊重、

也是对顾客的一种负责...

首先就先介绍目前本人心目中NO.1的葉面

麻辣哈喇葉面...

Personally think that Yeap Noodles is different from other normal noodles
It is less elastic but it is smoother than other noodles
There are nine flavors for Yeap Noodles which are
original, peppermint, black pepper, chili, cereal,
carrot, amaranth, ginger, soy sauce...
Each different flavor of noodles is paired up with different sauces
Customers are not allowed to pair the combination by themselves

Firstly, I wish to introduce the my favorite Yeap Noodles-Spicy Clam Yeap Noodles

麻辣哈喇葉面使用的可是辣椒葉面~
看到满满的哈喇(大约十个），
老板，你是不用本钱的厚~
浓郁的麻辣酱
裹上滑顺的葉面 
一口一口地送入嘴里
喜欢吃辣的朋友可以点这碗哦~ 
但是对于我这种超爱吃辣的食客来说
这碗面顶多是中小辣...
不过我还是很满意整体味道上的搭配

The founder use chili noodles for this spicy clam yeap noodles

Chili Yeap noodles wrapped with rich spicy sauces

It just tastes so nice to a spicy lover like me...

However, it is not that hot until 

I need to drink water to cool down my taste buds

But I am very satisfied with the overall taste

and the most important is I can enjoy 

around 10 clam with noodles

at this cheap price

一年后的今天
酱料依然浓郁
哈喇的分量依然很多
面条依然滑顺
只能说这家店的品质管理地很好

Even after one year from my first visit
the sauces is still rich
It is still comes with more than 10 clam in a dish
the noodles is still very smooth
In a nut shell, they have a good quality control in their food

酸甜鸡肉葉面 
Sweet & Sour chicken yeap noodles

酸甜鸡肉葉面使用的是萝卜葉面，
再搭配上微酸微甜的酱汁，
吃起来味道恰到好处...
虽然不是很吃得出萝卜的味道
但这道葉面还是特别的提味哦~ 

我的朋友还特别赞赏地说

这是她第一次吃到那么多料的面

单单鸡肉都有十片以上

超值得！

The sweet and sour Yeap noodles 
is using carrot noodles
Although I dint really can figure out the carrot noodles,
It tastes just right with the sweet & sour sauce
My friend appreciate so much for the 
plentiful ingredients in this dish
It has more or less 10 slice of chicken slices in the dish

黑胡椒猪肉葉面
Black pepper pork Yeap noodles 
【RM5.50】

黑胡椒猪肉葉面黑胡椒味十足，
但是黑胡椒味不会重到让人觉得很腻
同样的配料很丰富
青椒、红椒、和扎实的猪肉片
喜欢黑胡椒的朋友
可以点这碗黑胡椒葉面哦~

This dish has strong tastes of black pepper
However, the strong tastes won't let you feel tired of it

This dish is also accompanies with plentiful of ingredients

like paprika and well-cooked pork

As a black pepper lover,

I am very satisfied with this black pepper noodles 

薄荷鸡肉片葉面
Peppermint Yeap Noodles Soup with chicken slice

没机会品尝到
但它会是我下次再次到访的首选
好特别！

I didn't have a chance to try this on
However, this will be in my list for my next visit
It's too special to have peppermint noodles!

药材葉面
Yeap Noodles in Herbal Soup

药材汤葉面用的是麦片葉面，
药材味搭配得适中，不会太苦
搭配上麦香就真的很健康的感觉
喜欢药材汤的朋友不妨一试这种新颖的搭配

The noodles that used to pair up with
herbal soup is cereal Yeap Noodles
The combination of the herbs is just nice
and it will not give a very bitter taste...
