老伴港式冷豆花Lao Ban Soya Beancurd

从小爱吃豆花的我
记忆中的传统豆花就是豆花加白糖水
来到槟城后可是第一次吃加了黑糖的豆花
不一样的甜味，但都维持了豆香味~

前些日子，在网上闲晃的同时看到了
有别于传统豆花的老伴港式冷豆花，
特吸引人的...
那么巧地老板也邀请我到前一试...
我，毫不犹豫地答应了~
新颖的食物对我来说再吸引不过了~

To me, as a Sarawakian, the traditional soy beancurd will be the combination of soy beancurd with white sugar... My soy beancurd journey extended when I first visited Penang as the local traditional soy beancurd is accompanied with brown sugar which sounds quite special to me... No doubt, I do like Penang's style soy beancurd even the sweetness is different but the aroma of soy is still very outstanding... Few days ago, I was attracted by a brochure which stated they are providing 5 special flavors of soy beancurd... and I feel so lucky that the owner invited me to give it a try~ How grateful am I~

也提供了创新的另外五种口味...

有杏仁、榴莲、哈密瓜、水蜜桃和草莓...

Besides traditional soy beancurd & soy milk, LaoBan also provided 5 special flavors of soy beancurd: Almond, Durian, HoneyDew, Peach & Strawberry... For those who experienced gout has no worry about drinking their soy products as they already removed bean sprout while preparing the soy milk & soy beancurd...

豆水Soy Milk [RM3.50]

个人非常喜欢他们的豆水
豆水一入口就感觉很清甜
有别于以往路边喝过的豆水
而且他们的豆水很浓缩
基本上我喝了一瓶就很饱足了
Personally I like their soy milk
the sweetness is just to my flavor
and it is very concentrated
A bottle of soy milk already defeat
the hungriness in my stomach

榴莲味&杏仁味豆花 Durian & Almond Soy Beancurd
[RM3.50]

这里的豆花给我的感觉就好像豆花布丁
口感几乎跟豆花布丁没太大的差别
只是这个可以很确定的是又豆奶做成的
因为相比之下豆味会比较中

个人觉得老伴厉害的地方是
虽然它加入了其它特别重的味道如榴莲和杏仁
但这些味道并没有盖敷豆花原有的豆味
所以就算吃完整碗也不觉得腻

唯一不是很满意的是口感
因为吃多了会感觉舌头涩涩的
个人不是很喜欢那感觉

Texture of the beancurd here is somehow alike
soy pudding... However, Lao Ban's beancurd has a
stronger aroma of soy bean which makes a different...
LaoBan's beancurd is quite delightful for me as
it successfully achieve flavor balancing between
soy bean and other flavors like durian & almond...
The only displeasure is the texture of the beancurd...
